The equipment has three main advantages:

1. High efficiency. The production efficiency of domestic hot-stamping machine is less than 60 per minute. But the equipment can achieve 90 per minute of color register and a speed of 180 per minute for non-registering.
2. High positioning accuracy. Servo positioning is adopted with repetitive positioning accuracy of 0.1 mm.
3. Precision bulge. Servo extrusion is adopted to convex the equipment without any noise. The digital precise control of the convex height has greatly improved the product quality
